Why are Christians mocked and hated openly in public, but they don't do that to Islam or judaism?

In USA, it seems publicly tolerated to voice opposition to various Christian religions, but Judaism and Islam seem to be never mentioned or mocked. Practicing Jews and Muslims are probably more strict in their ways too, so why all the ire against Christians?
