4chan cp threads illegal?

so i was browsing /b/ and stumbled across a cp thread. i was pretty sure it was bull cuz i mainly saw meme pics, but when i clicked on it, REAL stuff came on!!! i was shocked then and am sort of scared now... can i get in trouble for my computer visiting this, even though i was completely unwilling to actually see what i saw??
