Is this considered good reference from former employer?

Legally all they can share are your dates of employment and whether or not they would rehire you. They did what they were supposed to do. If you behaved that way at a former place of employment, word could have gotten out other than through your employer (fellow employees or customers who witnessed your tantrums). Take a long hard look at your own behavior: would you hire that person?
