Spiritually speaking.... i have a strange question......?

Why do there NEED to be consequences? Sounds like you want to be vindictive and petty about it, to get your pound of flesh. I don't see how coming at it with that attitude creates an atmosphere of wanting to work things out. Wanting to make someone pay in some manner is showing the opposite of love for them. If you insist on doing this, then you can pretty much kiss your marriage good-bye.
