What should I do just to get into the entry level job and get the experience?

I evaluated my civil engineering degree from India in California.I don't have any experience as a civil engineer.It's been 15yrs since I finished with my engineering degree.I don't know what to do. Do I have to take any kind of courses? It is hectic for me to do masters because of the money and family.What should I do just to get into the entry level job and get the experience?
