Has Obama ever directly, publicly blamed Bush?

Blaugh Blaugh Blaugh Failed policies of the Bush administration. Hell yes he has, several times. Have you not been watching him? He's backed off lately and had his lackies do it, doesn't mean he's not, if he didn't want it done it wouldn't be done. You can split hairs and be less than honest about it, but reality is that's who the Obama administration is still blaming everything on. He "says" he "takes responsibility" but he's not taking responsibility, he's doing the "it's not me" dance. His flurry of government crap and hostility towards job producers is killing job creation.
