Do blasians seem like circus freaks publicly being seen speaking an asian language in the usa?

the asian world is not like latin america where you can have a touch of black and still be asian(i mean in the usa)(latin american world a touch of black and still be latin american)i notice eurasians that look remotely asian it seems like society would accept them more speaking an asian language publicly.I have never witnessed a blasian publicly speaking their asian tongue(but then again i haven't been in super open minded state hmm maybe california and florida could be open minded to who speaks what. but i live in the mid west)and i meant no racism with the word circus freak just needed a a word to describe something viewed out of the ordinary and unacceptable by society.
