Advice, please help?..?

This seems like a pretty messed up situation. Maybe she has troubles at home (or within the family) which means she doesn't feel she should be in a relationship with another girl. I think what you need to do, is to get her alone and get her to sit down with you and have a long talk. You need to understand what her problem is, and why she doesn't want to be with you. It seems to me that she likes you, and clearly you like her. You should tell her that you really like her, and want to be with her, and you aren't going to take no for an answer. Chase after her, and let her know that you want to be with her.
